Carbon Footprint 2025
Since 2021, we have calculated iAdvize’s carbon footprint annually. These reports serve as a compass for us to identify priority areas for reducing carbon emissions linked to our activity.
Source: Sami
The “e” after CO₂ means “equivalent” because we report all greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in CO₂ equivalent (but CO₂ is not the only GHG).
For The Environment
2021-2025 Trend
Our carbon footprint fell by 46% between 2021 and 2025. This drop is due to:
- light tag processes in our product;
- a travel policy that favors soft mobility (Sustainable Mobility Package) and business travel by train;
- the end of many depreciation periods.
About 115 tCO₂e of this drop comes from changes in the calculation methods of our Scope 3, not from our actions. These are not real emission reductions.
Impact Approach
We identified our main CO2 reduction priorities thanks to our carbon footprint. In response, we have carried out several actions since 2023 to reduce the impact of our activity:
Raising awareness among employees
172 employees (85% of the workforce) participated in a Climate Fresco. These sessions are led by internal collaborators.
*As of December 31, 2023
Reducing digital impact
We have:
Modified the architecture of our tag; Reduction of ⅓ of its impact on the network =-6 tons of CO₂e* each month.
Developed tools for managing our digital emissions by deploying the open source tool, Cloud Carbon Footprint, to manage the emissions from our data centers.
Trained 3 people in the eco-design of digital services.
*Estimated reduction based on our 2022 carbon footprint and the drop observed in 2023 in primary data used to evaluate emissions linked to network use.
Reduction of emissions linked to our travel
We have made a commitment to halve CO2 emissions linked to our air travel by 2025.
We have set up the Sustainable Mobility Package, which provides annual assistance of €300 for people who travel between home and work by bike, carpooling, car sharing, or personal transport such as scooters. Bicycle maintenance workshops with a repairer are also organized several times a year.
Restoration of biodiversity
We chose to partner with EcoTree to acquire 1,540 trees. They will make it possible to reforest a plot in Morbihan, thereby sequestering 510 tons of CO2e and restoring the cycle of biodiversity there.
Defining our priority issues
In 2026, iAdvize carried out a VSME exercise (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non‑listed SMEs). Its goal: to define the priority issues for iAdvize and its stakeholders, using a double materiality matrix.
Following this exercise, we built an action plan to make iAdvize more resilient for all its stakeholders.

Inclusion
At iAdvize, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are cornerstones of our company culture and our success. In our technology environment, diversity of perspectives drives innovation, equity is the foundation of the employee experience, and inclusion fosters a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. Our DEI Charter is our collective commitment to promoting a culture where inclusion is lived every day and where difference is a strength.
We uphold a safe place policy backed by an anti-harassment charter that includes: a streamlined reporting process for victims and witnesses, a clear investigation and disciplinary framework, and communication about these mechanisms during onboarding followed by regular reminders.
We are a partner of Ada Tech School, which aims to increase diversity in tech by recruiting and training primarily women and individuals who are statistically underrepresented in the digital sector.
We mentor apprentices from this school and dedicate time to mock interviews and ongoing mentoring.
We are also partners with the Télémaque association, whose mission is to fight inequalities of origin. This partnership aims to find mentors among our employees to support mentees from underserved communities.
To raise awareness among all employees, we organize events and conferences every year: awareness sessions on combating sexism in the workplace, a conference on trans identity, on autism and employment, and a conference on financial education as a lever for gender equality.
Environment and Working Conditions
Every year, we take the pulse of the company by offering a survey to employees. This allows us to maintain an ongoing conversation to identify our strengths and weaknesses to continue improving.
