In the course of its activities, iAdvize SAS (hereinafter "iAdvize", "we", "us" or "our") collects and processes personal data relating to contacts, prospects, clients, service providers, partners or visitors to the websites www.iadvize.com, www.ibbu.com, www.aploze.com and other websites owned by iAdvize (hereinafter "our Website").

iAdvize is committed to respecting your privacy. It is our responsibility that you understand what data we collect and how we use it to better serve you. 1 - Data collected 

iAdvize SAS processes, as controller, the following data:

  • iAdvize client data (organization, subscription, transactions, users data, etc.), 
  • prospect data,
  • data relating to visitors of the websites www.iadvize.com and www.ibbu.com (equipment, connection, navigation, etc.), 
  • data relating to conversations, if any, via the chatbox of our Website (content of the conversation, number of chats, duration, date, response to satisfaction survey if applicable), 
  • data relating to conversations, if any, via Google Business Messages or Facebook Messenger (first and last name of the Google or Facebook Account user, unique conversation ID, conversation content, number of conversations, duration, date, response to satisfaction questionnaire where applicable, and conversation entry point),
  • recruitment data (CV, cover letter, etc.).

iAdvize SAS processes, as processor on behalf of its clients using the iAdvize solution, the following data:

  • client’s website visitors data (visitor unique identifier, IP address, technical data, navigation data, etc.), 
  • data relating to chat conversations (content of the conversation, number of chats, duration, date, response to satisfaction survey if applicable),
  • data relating to conversations via Google Business Messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Apple Messages for Business,
  • data relating to clients’ employees using the solution (surname, first name, alias, username, position held within the client, log in data, logs).

iAdvize SAS processes, as processor on behalf of its clients using the Aploze solution, the following data:

  • data relating to Live Shopping viewers: unique viewer ID, first name (nickname), chat messages, phone number and/or email address (with the viewer’s consent), audience measurement data (if the viewer has accepted the analytics cookie),
  • data relating to clients’ employees using the solution (first name, email address, avatar).

Personal data processing that iAdvize implements on behalf of its clients is subject to a Data Processing Agreement that precisely defines the terms and conditions of personal data processing, in compliance with the regulations on personal data protection.

The Data Processing Agreement sets out details of the data that may be processed by artificial intelligence.

 

2 - How do we get information?

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • you have subscribed to one of our solutions,
  • you have provided us with your contact information in order to download a white paper or to access an iAdvize webinar,
  • you gave us your contact information during meetings or events or to request a demo,
  • you have visited our Website,
  • you have contacted us via the chat of our Website, via Google Business Messages or via Facebook Messenger,
  • you are an iAdvize partner, you have applied for a job or internship with us.

We may also receive personal information indirectly from third parties or partners.


3 - Legal basis for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU - 2016/679), the legal basis on which iAdvize relies to process your personal data are as follows:

  • your consent (you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time),
  • the performance of a contract,
  • a legal obligation,
  • a legitimate interest.

 

4 - Purposes of processing

The data collected by iAdvize is used for the following purposes:

  • provision of services on the basis of contracts concluded with our clients,
  • business prospecting operations on the basis of our legitimate interest in promoting our business to a professional audience,
  • management of contacts on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with our visitors and prospects,
  • realization of statistics on our Website on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • protection of our Website against computer attacks on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • collecting and storing visitor conversations via the chatbox of our Website in order to offer you the best possible support and to improve our products and services on the basis of your consent,
  • processing of applications received for a job or an internship on the basis of the applicants' consent. 

 

5 - The recipients of your data 

Your data may be transmitted to:

  • iAdvize staff (each insofar as it concerns them, HR, marketing, legal teams, etc.), 
  • iAdvize subsidiaries: iAdvize GmbH (Germany), iAdvize Inc. (US),
  • iAdvize's service providers (processors) in the performance of their services,
  • iAdvize business partners, unless you object.

iAdvize strives to obtain the maximum guarantees on compliance with personal data protection rules from the recipients of your personal data. 

iAdvize concludes contracts with its processors defining precisely the terms and conditions of personal data processing, in compliance with regulations on personal data protection.

 

6 - Transfers of your data 

iAdvize may transfer personal data outside the European Union in the context of the computer tools used for its activities.

In order to secure data transfers and ensure a sufficient level of protection for data transfers outside the EU/EEA, iAdvize has implemented the following technical and operational measures:

  • We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with our processors that includes standard contractual clauses as validated by the CJEU.
  • We have verified the numerous security measures implemented by our processors, such as ISO 27001 certification or data encryption. 
  • We have also kept all technical white papers from our processors detailing these technical measures.

 

7 - Retention periods

We keep data relating to the management of subscriptions for the duration of the contractual relationship.

We keep data, unless you object, for commercial prospecting purposes for 3 years from the last contact from you, or the end of the contractual relationship if applicable. 

We keep data relating to visitors’ navigation on our Website for a maximum of 13 months from the date of collection.

We keep data relating to chat conversations on our Website, via Google Business Messages and via Facebook Messenger for 3 years.

We keep data on job applications for 2 years from the last contact. 

The retention periods regarding data that iAdvize processes as a processor are defined by the clients as data controllers.

 

8 - Security

We are mindful of the privacy and importance of your data and we make every effort to keep it safe.

iAdvize has implemented technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of personal data, in order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data and to protect it from malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

We encrypt your data when it is transferred to ensure that it is not read by third parties. We use technologies such as HTTPS and Transport Layer Security.

To combat fraud, we verify your identity before you can access and modify your data. To this end we use proven identification technologies.

 

9 - Your rights on your data

You retain all rights on your data : 

Unconditional rights

At any time you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of this data,
  • ask us to rectify your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete,
  • withdraw your consent when one of our uses is based on it,

Conditional rights

  • ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer needed, when you have withdrawn your consent or objected to its use (right to be forgotten).
