From iAdvize v1 to iAdvize v2: Why We Had to Reinvent Ourselves

Some weeks leave a mark on a company.

At iAdvize, our 15th anniversary will be remembered as a turning point. Not just because we blew out the candles. But because we collectively decided to shift into a new version of ourselves.

iAdvize v2 is much more than an internal codename. It marks a deliberate shift toward becoming a company that fully embraces AI. An organization that doesn’t just support the transformation of its clients, but applies the very same principles to itself.

Why make the shift

Because the status quo is not an option. Because the most innovative players in the market move fast. And because our clients expect solutions that combine impact, simplicity, and intelligence.

iAdvize v1 was an incredible journey. We pioneered human online conversations and built a solid, respected, and people-centered platform.

But staying in the race requires more than adapting. It requires reinvention. A new pace. A new posture. A new perspective on ourselves.

One Week to Project Ourselves Into the Future

We made this shift real through a company-wide hackathon—held the same week as our anniversary. A unique moment where our entire team (tech, product, HR, sales, CS, ops) paused their daily work to imagine, create, and experiment.

Hackathon highlights:

  • Projects: 14
  • Collective energy: Exceptional!✨

Bold AI-Driven Ideas. All Focused on Impact.
The projects targeted internal operational efficiency, customer value, and cultural evolution.

Among them:

  • A conversation analysis tool to surface weak signals and turn customer voice into strategic value
  • Solutions to streamline onboarding, automate HR responses, and structure internal knowledge
  • Several tools already in production, including three internal bots that show how fast and well we can execute

Transforming to stay relevant

We now help major brands integrate AI into their customer journeys. But how can we credibly support that transformation if we don’t embody it ourselves?

This hackathon was a mirror. It pushed us to break habits, to test, to fail, and to learn fast.

It reminded us that transformation isn’t just about technology. It’s also about adopting new ways of working, building a culture that values initiative, self-questioning, and experimentation.

As Chief of Staff, this is the alignment I strive to champion:

  • Encouraging an organization in motion
  • Empowering every team member to be part of the transformation.
