On Thursday,  June 29, Messenger launched a directory of development providers which comply with the platform’s policies and are recognised for their experience managing conversations between people and businesses

iAdvize is included in Messenger’s directory and as a provider is able to help businesses manage their customer service strategy via messaging in five countries: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain

A year ago, this European solution provider announced the integration of Messenger within its conversational commerce platform.
