IMRG launches online chat support with iAdvize’s Click to Chat

Real-time support for online visitors 

The IMRG website is the online space for retailers and solution providers who wish to access the latest research into e-retail and m-retail trends. IMRG is a membership association so complete reports and indexes are for members only. By providing real-time support via Click to Chat, IMRG employees can now guide online visitors and give information about the benefits of membership and the differences between different memberships schemes.
