The REST API enables you to view iAdvize resources. You can also create, edit and delete information.
The PUSH API enables you to send data via a callback URL of your choice when an event takes place (beginning of a conversation,change in agent status, etc.).
In order to use our REST and PUSH APIs, you first need to make a request to iAdvize’s customer support team. If you are already an iAdvize customer, just click on the icon in the top right hand corner of you account, this will take you to the iAdvize Support Center. You can make the request there.
