To install iAdvize on your site, just add the script that will be provided in the "Script generation" page, accessible from the Settings menu of your administrator interface once you are signed in.

Once the iAdvize script is deployed on your site, you must connect to your console. The console is the area where you can chat with your visitors.

You can access the console via the link "Chat" in the iAdvize administration menu.

If you are not connected to the console, the chat bar will not appear on your site.
