On Thursday,  June 29, Messenger launched a directory of development providers which comply with the platform’s policies and are recognised for their experience managing conversations between people and businesses

iAdvize is included in Messenger’s directory and as a provider is able to help businesses manage their customer service strategy via messaging in five countries: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain

iAdvize already helps more than 70 brands build real-time relationships in Messenger including House of Fraser, EDF, Voyages-sncf.com, Natixis, Banque Casino and Cdiscount

A year ago, this European solution provider announced the integration of Messenger within its conversational commerce platform. This integration enables brands to handle Messenger messages within the same platform that already gathers chats, social media messages, texts and messages from other messaging applications. 

To be listed in the directory of Messenger platform development providers, providers must provide businesses with at least one of the following capabilities:
