On Thursday, June 29, Messenger launched a directory of development providers which comply with the platform’s policies and are recognised for their experience managing conversations between people and businesses
To be listed in the directory of Messenger platform development providers, providers must provide businesses with at least one of the following capabilities:
- automated chat: providers help businesses automate their replies, enabling them to reach more people. I want to know more about iAdvize’s Bot Builder.
- live chat: providers help businesses build relationships in real time and respond to people instantly, right where they are.
With more than 1.2 billion people worldwide using Messenger each month, and 2 billion messages exchanged every month between businesses and people (including automated conversations) there is a great opportunity for brands to use the platform to integrate into the everyday lives of shoppers.
